1. What Meditation Mastery is
Meditation Mastery is a meditation and wellbeing app that provides:
- A structured meditation program accessed from the Home tab;
- Guided meditation sessions and lessons in the Library tab;
- Analytics, streaks, and statistics tracking in the Analytics tab.
The Service supports general wellbeing and mindfulness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or care.
2. Eligibility
The age rating displayed on the App Store may differ by country. You must meet the minimum age shown for your region to use the Service.
3. Accounts and Sign in with Apple
To access certain features, you may need to create an account, for example using Sign in with Apple. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, contact [email protected].
4. Subscriptions, free trials and billing
4.1 Types of subscription
Premium features are offered via auto-renewable subscriptions (for example, monthly or annual), as shown in the app or on the App Store product page.
4.2 Billing and renewal
All purchases and billing are handled by Apple via your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s terms. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
4.3 Free trials
We may offer a free trial (for example, a 3-day trial on an annual plan). The specific terms are shown in the app or on the App Store page. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
4.4 Managing and cancelling your subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. When you cancel, you retain premium access until the end of the current billing period.
5. Licence and acceptable use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

By using the Service, you may provide information such as your name, email, meditation goals, frequency and duration of issues, solutions tried, and your meditation activity and progress (“User Data”). You retain ownership of your User Data.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display your User Data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, in line with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Data and agree not to provide content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others.
7. Health and wellbeing disclaimer
Meditation Mastery is designed to support general mental wellbeing and mindfulness. It does not provide medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be used as a substitute for professional care. If you have or suspect a medical or mental health condition, seek advice from a qualified professional.
In emergencies or crisis situations, call your local emergency number or an appropriate crisis service. The Service does not provide emergency support.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on certain third-party services, including Apple’s in-app purchases and subscriptions, Sign in with Apple, Apple Push Notification Service (APNs), and cloud hosting providers. Your use of Apple services is governed by Apple’s terms and policies, and we are not responsible for those services.
9. Account deletion
You can delete your account from in-app Settings (“Delete Account”) or by contacting [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your data from this app. If you subscribed via Apple, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; manage it in your Apple ID settings.
10. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific outcomes (for example, reduced anxiety or improved sleep).
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; or losses resulting from reliance on the Service instead of seeking professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update or modify the Service (for example, to add, change, or remove features). We may also update these Terms. 14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that have already arisen.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws that apply.
