Account & data
- Delete account: In the app, tap the gear icon → “Delete Account” to remove your app data from our systems.
- Data requests: Email [email protected] with “Data request” in the subject if you need help with access or deletion.

Reminders (notifications)
- Allow notifications when prompted, or enable them later in iOS Settings → Notifications → Meditation Mastery.
- Set your reminder time during onboarding.
- If reminders stop appearing, toggle notifications off/on in iOS Settings and reopen the app.
Audio & playback tips
- Make sure your device isn’t muted and the volume is turned up.
- Try pausing and playing again; if needed, force-quit and reopen the app.
- Use a stable network connection; some content is streamed and may buffer on slow networks.

- Do I need an account? Yes — sign in with Apple to sync your progress and subscription status.
- Free trial? Free trials may be available depending on your region and App Store offer. The App Store shows the current terms during checkout.
