We built Meditation Mastery to help you build a simple, consistent meditation habit. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use third-party ad networks or cross-app tracking. Any analytics we collect are used to run and improve the app.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains howCybernetica Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Meditation Mastery mobile application and any related websites, including guidedmeditationapp.com (together, the “Service”).
Cybernetica Ltd is responsible for your personal information when you use the Service.

2. Scope of this policy
This Policy applies to personal information we collect when you use the Service. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that we do not control.
3. Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you use the app and which features you use.
3.1 Information you provide directly
- Account details: If you create an account (for example, using Sign in with Apple), we may receive your name and email address, depending on what you choose to share.

through your use of the Service we ask about:
- Your primary goal (for example, reducing stress, increasing mindfulness, improving focus);
- How often you experience certain feelings (for example, stress or anger);
- How long these issues have been affecting you.
- Solutions you have tried: For example, breathing exercises, exercise, therapy, or other approaches.
- Feedback and support messages: Any information you include when you contact us.
3.2 Information collected automatically

Identifiers:
- A user ID to provide the Service and manage your subscription;
- A device-level identifier (an anonymous ID generated by the app) that helps us understand usage before sign-in.

- Interactions with the app (for example, completion of sessions or lessons);
- Standard technical information (device model, OS version, language, time zone).
- Log and diagnostic data: Error logs and performance data to help find and fix issues.
3.3 Purchase and subscription information
- Subscription status: Whether your subscription is active, which plan you are on (for example, monthly or annual), and relevant dates (for example, trial start/end). We use this to provide premium access.
- We do not receive or store your full payment card details. All payments are processed by Apple via the App Store and are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
3.4 Notifications
If you enable notifications, the app uses them to remind you to meditate. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
4. How we use your information
- Provide and maintain the Service: run your account, recommend content, track your progress, manage subscriptions, and send reminders.
- Improve and develop the Service: analyze usage, fix bugs, and build new features.
- Communicate with you: respond to support requests and send important service-related updates.
- Protect the Service and comply with law: prevent misuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms.
5. Our reasons for processing your information
We process your information because it is necessary to:
- Perform our contract with you, by providing the Service you choose to use.
- Pursue our legitimate interests, such as improving and securing the app and understanding how it is used.
- Comply with legal obligations, for example basic record-keeping.
- Rely on your consent for certain optional features (for example if we ask you to opt in to additional notifications or experiments). When we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
5.1 Wellbeing information
We use the wellbeing information you provide during onboarding and in the app (for example, your goals and how you have been feeling) to personalise your experience, build your meditation plan, and show you your progress over time.
We process this information to provide the Service you have chosen to use and to improve it over time.
If at any point you no longer want us to store this information, you can delete your account from the in-app settings or contact us at [email protected], and we will help you delete or anonymise your data, subject to any information we must keep for legal or security reasons.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third-party advertising networks or data brokers.
- Service providers: We use trusted providers to help us run the app (for example cloud hosting, support tools, or email). They may only use your information to provide services to us and must protect it.
- Apple: For App Store payments, Sign in with Apple, and notifications, under Apple’s terms and privacy policies.
- Legal reasons: We may share information if required by law or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
- Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar event, your information may be transferred as part of that deal, subject to appropriate protections.
7. International data transfers
We may store and process information in the United Kingdom, the United States, or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where we transfer information, we take steps we believe are appropriate to protect it in line with this Policy.
8. How long we keep your information
- Account and wellbeing information: kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise this information, except for data we need to keep for legal or security reasons.
- Usage and analytics data: may be retained in aggregated or anonymised form to help us understand long-term trends.
- Logs and diagnostics: kept for shorter periods to troubleshoot issues and improve stability.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures we believe are appropriate to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
- You can update or correct certain information in the app.
- You can delete your account from the in-app settings, which removes your data from this app (subject to limited retention where required for legal or security reasons).
- You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings.
- You can contact us at [email protected] if you have questions about your information, or if you want to request access or deletion.
11. Age-related privacy
The age rating displayed on the App Store may differ by country. You must meet the minimum age shown for your region.
12. Tracking and advertising
We do not use third-party advertising networks. We do not collect data for cross-app tracking and do not share data for others’ targeted advertising. We may use analytics (for example, on our own servers or through trusted providers) to understand how the app is used and to improve it.
13. Account deletion and data requests
You can delete your account from the in-app Settings (“Delete Account”) or by contacting [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your data from this app. If you subscribed via Apple, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; you can manage it in your Apple ID settings.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice in the app where appropriate. If you continue using the Service after an update, you accept the updated Policy.
